PT. New Minatex was established in 1975. The area of the factory was approximately 10 hectares (24.7 acres) sites located in Lawang, around 80 kilometers south of Surabaya, the capital of East Java, Indonesia. It is conveniently accessible since it is only one and half hour drive from Juanda International Airport. At the early stage we were only operating GH-8 and GH-9 shuttle looms made by Toyoda of Japan and our business were cotton, viscose and blended polyester/cotton greige clothes and the weaving capacity reached approximately 19.2 million linear meters annually.
